Skip the cover page

Set 'Start on page' to 2 so the cover isn't numbered, and 'Start number' to 1 so the numbering begins at the first content page.

Roman numerals for the intro

Not supported yet - the tool numbers in arabic digits. Run it twice with different starting pages if you need a mixed layout, though that will overwrite existing content.
